Section 1 — Service Agreement
Client agrees to contract AV General Services LLC to perform cleaning services.
Section 2 — Required Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required.
Section 3 — Cancellation Policy

Section 4 — Rescheduling
Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice is free.
Section 5 — Access to Property
Client agrees to provide reasonable access.
Section 6 — Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to provide safe working environment.
Section 7 — Satisfaction & Complaints
Notify the Company within 24 hours.
Section 8 — Limitation of Liability
Liability shall not exceed service cost.
Section 9 — Privacy
All client information remains confidential.
Section 10 — Photo Documentation
Company may take before/after photos.
Section 11 — Right to Refuse Service
Company may refuse unsafe conditions.
Section 12 — Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer
Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Section 13 — Valuables & Fragile Items
Client responsible for valuables.
Section 14 — Returned Check / Failed Payment Fee
Failed payments incur $35 fee.
Section 15 — Price Adjustment Notice
Company may adjust pricing if conditions differ.
Section 16 — Third Party Property Access
Client authorizes third party access if needed.
Section 17 — Non-Solicitation of Staff
Client may not directly hire staff.
Section 18 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by Utah law.
Section 19 — Electronic Signature Acknowledgment
Electronic signatures are legally binding.
